People driving through Southeast Roanoke may soon notice a unique piece of art. Volunteers started a mural near 13th Street and Route 24 across from the Arby’s in Southeast Roanoke. Thousands of people drive by the area everyday, organizers said the location is a great place to have a welcoming display.
